International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide with FREE international shipping on all orders.

Note: International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days typically ship the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by:

• Logging into your account and viewing your order history
• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Contacting our customer support team

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying regulations, we may not be able to ship certain products to all locations. If your order contains a restricted item, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund for that item.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
